Standing-room-only crowd at REjournals’ Omaha Commercial Real Estate Conference

The third annual Omaha Commercial Real Estate Conference attracted a big crowd of CRE pros to Noah’s Event Venue in Omaha, Nebraska. More than 250 professionals filled the sold-out venue, making this a standing-room-only affair.

Why such a big crowd? Conference panels did offer the biggest names in commercial real estate sharing their thoughts on the Omaha market. CRE pros here provided the latest trends in Omaha’s multifamily, retail, industrial and office markets. They also shared their insights on the biggest commercial developments on the horizon, the developments that could change the very face of Omaha.

The takeaway from the conference? The Omaha commercial real estate market remains one of the steadiest in the Midwest. And there looks to be no slowdown on the horizon when it comes to sales, leases and new developments.
