U.S. Bank’s Private Wealth Management Group has signed an 11,468-square-foot lease at Stanton Road Capital’s Class-A property Plaza West at 4600 Madison Ave. in the West Plaza area of Kansas City, Missouri.
In July of 2020, the group will move from its current location within a U.S. Bank branch in Prairie Village into a newly built-out suite in Plaza West to be used exclusively by the Private Wealth Management team and its clientele.
Plaza West is a 16-story, 276,558-square-foot Class-A office property occupied by national and local tenants. Stanton Road Capital has recenty invested in several upgrades to the building, including a fully renovated lobby and common areas.
Also, Stanton Road Capital is implementing its spec suite program in the building. Spec suites are smaller, turnkey offices that minimize the upfront investment and reduce the move-in timeframe for new tenants.
Plaza West is 84 percent occupied.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Travis Helgeson and Miles McCune are the exclusive leasing agents for Plaza West. Colliers International’s Michael Finley represented U.S. Bank in the lease.
