Northern Builders, Inc. has announced that Stephen Pala has joined Northern as Director of Development. In his role as Director of Development, Pala will be responsible for directing land acquisitions, due diligence, municipal entitlements and approvals, and pre-construction design services.
Pala joins Northern with more than 20 years of real estate acquisition and development experience, including industrial, office, residential and telecommunications development in the Chicago metropolitan area. He earned his bachelor’s from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
