Sterling Bay leases 40,000 SF in Fulton Market to accounting giant EY June 18, 2019 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share via email EY, the big-four accounting giant formerly known Ernst & Young, has signed a lease for 40,000 square feet on the ninth floor at 333 N. Green Street. The building, which is the latest development from Sterling Bay in Chicago’s hot Fulton Market District, is scheduled for completion this year. According to a report in Crain’s, the space will be a “Connected Enterprise Center” to better engage with clients. The office will include the professional service firm’s latest “EY wavespace” innovation center and a research and development space. EY plans to relocate some of the 3,500 employees who now office at 155 N. Wacker Drive. The 555,524-square-foot building, marketed as GR333N, offers 39,203-square-foot floor plates and 35,000 square feet of prime retail. The 19-story building, designed by Gensler, is going up on the site of the former Coyne College campus, which Sterling Bay acquired in 2016 for $25 million. Other tenants committed to the building include ad agency WPP and co-working firm Convene.
