Colliers International Group Inc., announced that Steve Everbach has joined the firm as president of Central Region | USA, effective December 14, 2015.
Everbach will focus on Colliers’ continued strategic expansion in the Central U.S. region, including targeted growth markets such as Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Kansas City and Dallas-Ft. Worth. He will also have management responsibility for the North Texas business and be based in Dallas.
Everbach has held senior leadership positions in professional services firms as well as investment management and development companies. He also has a strong agency leasing background, having completed over eight million square feet of real estate transactions representing an aggregate value of more than $1.5 billion throughout his career. In his new role, Everbach will also be a member of Colliers’ U.S. Executive Leadership Team and Operating Committee.
Everbach is a member of the Board of Directors for the Dallas Regional Chamber, Downtown Dallas Inc. and the Robert and Margaret Folsom Institute for Real Estate at SMU’s Cox School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University, where he is a member of the alumni association.
