Barry Stokes has been promoted to Market Associate at ML Realty Partners.
Stokes joined the asset management team at ML Realty Partners’ Chicagoland headquarters in early 2013. In his new role, he will relocate to Dallas and continue to provide asset management, but with a focus on the Dallas/Fort Worth portfolio as ML Realty Partners continues to grow at an accelerated pace within the market.
“Barry’s diligence and commitment to the company’s portfolio made him a natural fit for this promotion,” stated Kozinski. “We are very excited about shifting Barry into a position in which he will also begin to be partly responsible for leasing and acquisitions activities.”
