Delaney, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oakbrook office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Steven Weinstock, Regional Manager and Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Extra Space Storage (managed) is located about 30 miles South of downtown Chicago. The property features 307 climate-controlled units and 467 non-climate units totaling 72,166 net rentable square feet. The facility enjoyed a fast lease-up since opening in 2019.
