Stotan Industrial relocated its headquarters building from Rosemont, Illinois, to downtown Chicago.
Most of Stotan’s emloyees reside in the city. The move will reduce their commute and increase their productivity.
Stotan’s Dan Fogarty, chief investment officer and principal with Stotan, said that the move will also enhance the company’s recruiting and retention efforts.
