Stream Realty Partners added Charlie Gibson as managing director and partner in its Nashville, Tennessee, office.
Gibson, a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than a decade of industry experience, will continue his focus on advising landlords, tenants, and investors. In his role, he will work alongside Rob Lowe, Executive Managing Director & Partner, who oversees the strategic direction and operations of the Nashville office.
Prior to joining Stream, Gibson served as Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield. During his tenure, he specialized in office leasing and investment sales, representing both landlords and tenants. His impressive track record includes completing more than $1 billion in leasing and sales transactions, establishing him as a leading commercial real estate expert in the region. In 2024, he earned recognition in the Nashville Post’s prestigious “In Charge” list for commercial real estate, highlighting his influence and leadership in the industry.
