Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, is excited to announce that its Dallas team has been awarded the leasing and management of Freeport Business Center I and III and Beltline Office Center located in the Irving submarket, a corporate epicenter. These assets, totaling 354,000 square feet of premier office space will be overseen by Stream’s Tim Terrell, Executive Vice President and Partner, and Rhett Miller, Vice President.

Stream’s Terrell said, “While other markets across the nation are watching demand fall, the demand for office space in DFW is steadily increasing as the metroplex continues to attract national companies. The spaces in this portfolio are a strategic opportunity for any company looking to monopolize on the benefits of the submarket.”

The assets, 8222 Belt Line Road, and 8616 and 8550 Freeport Parkway respectively, are located directly off I-635, near DFW Airport with direct access to DFW, Mid-Cities, Las Colinas, and the Dallas Central Business District. The portfolio boasts over 50,000 square feet of office space available for lease including vacancies scaling from 6,154 to 25,261 square feet. The submarket is absorbing corporate headquarters across the nation because of its access to the greater DFW talent pool, unparalleled estate opportunities, and immediate proximity to a major airport.

Miller of Stream said, “Stream is thrilled to manage the best-in-class Freeport and Beltline portfolio. We will mobilize 100% of our talents, resources and energy at these locations to bring great tenants to this portfolio and give them an extraordinary office experience here.”

In addition, Stream will lead construction management services for future amenities planned at Freeport Business Center I.
