Stream Realty Partners announced that Alera Group, a national insurance and financial services firm, signed a 13,668-square-foot lease at Concord Plaza, a Class-A mixed-use development at 155 Concord Place in San Antonio.
Alera Group will consolidate select local operations on the 10th floor of the building following its 2024 acquisition of Spire Risk Management.
Strategically located along US-281 between Downtown San Antonio and San Antonio International Airport, Concord Plaza is a 9-acre mixed-use development featuring an 11-story office tower, a three-story corporate building, and ground-level retail. The property recently underwent renovations, including a full lobby refresh, common area upgrades, modern finishes, and enhancements to its walkable exterior spaces.
Concord Plaza is home to a diverse roster of tenants, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, East Foundation, and the San Antonio Area Foundation. The property also offers convenient access to surrounding retail, dining, and residential neighborhoods in North Central San Antonio.
The penthouse remains available for lease, offering sweeping views of Downtown San Antonio and the Quarry Golf Course.
