Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing assignment for Valley Ridge 35, a two-building Class-A industrial development in Lewisville, Texas.
Developed by Crow Holdings Development in partnership with Lewisville Development, LP, the project is scheduled to deliver in June 2027.
Located along Valley Ridge Boulevard with direct access to Interstate 35, Valley Ridge 35 will offer 329,651 square feet of industrial space across two rear-load buildings designed to accommodate a wide range of distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and warehouse users. Building 1 will total 226,680 square feet, while Building 2 will offer 102,971 square feet. Both buildings will feature 36-foot clear heights, ample trailer storage, and efficient loading configurations.
Executive Vice Presidents Sarah Ozanne and Mac Hall will lead leasing efforts on behalf of the ownership.
The development is strategically positioned within the Lewisville industrial hub, providing convenient access to Dallas, Denton, Plano, Frisco, and the greater DFW Metroplex. Valley Ridge 35 is located approximately 10 minutes from DFW International Airport and 25 to 30 minutes from Dallas Love Field, offering efficient regional and national connectivity.
