Stream Realty Partners has hired Brian Duffy as senior vice president of tenant representation. With seven years of tenant representation experience, Duffy will help source new and support existing leasing efforts, assist in recruitment to expand the team and source and execute acquisition and development opportunities.

Most recently, Duffy served as director of tenant representation transaction advisory at Cushman & Wakefield, participating in over 125 transactions valued close to $600 million. His clients span all sectors in size and scope, including technology, manufacturing and legal.
