Since July 2016, 70 industrial properties across the greater Chicago region, totaling approximately 12 million square feet, have been awarded to the Chicago office of Stream Realty Partners, a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company. Some of their institutional clients include Agellan Capital Partners, Cabot Properties, MetLife Real Estate Investors, Principal Real Estate Investors and others.
With the hiring of Alex Mather as managing director in 2018, Stream’s Chicago office expanded its service offerings to include leasing and transaction, in addition to its existing construction management and property management platform, led by Victoria Knudson, executive vice president and leader of Stream’s national industrial property management division.
