Tyler Maner

Stream Realty Partners continues to enhance its offerings in the industrial real estate market.

With a growing company comes an evolving team. Managing Director Tyler Maner, who has been with Stream since 2012, has been promoted to lead Stream Houston’s industrial division. Maner will be overseeing Industrial Tenant Representation and Industrial Project Leasing.

Riding the momentum of a record-breaking year in 2021, Stream, a national real estate development, services, and investment company, expanded its Industrial Development Services platform in January 2022 to include parts of Texas, Atlanta and the Carolinas. The following month, Stream’s Industrial Capital Markets platform was introduced.

With over 30 million square feet of positive absorption in 2021, the Houston industrial market is showing no signs of slowing down. Stream Houston looks to capitalize on the active market as it continues to grow its portfolio and build its team with high-caliber professionals.

In addition to the recent promotions of Tyler Maner, Matteson Hamilton and Justin Robinson, a number of other key promotions have been announced on Stream Houston’s industrial team. Jeremy Lumbreras, who has been with Stream for 10 years, and Vice President Boone Smith will also play a key role in the growth and development of Stream’s industrial team.

2021 was the highest revenue year in Stream Houston’s history, with 25% top line revenue growth. Stream Houston’s office grew by 23 employees in 2021 and 10 new hires year to date for 2022.
