Stream Realty Partners represented David Z. Mafrige Interests (DZMI) in a flurry of lease transactions within its portfolio, including 220,929-square-foot and 216,889-square-foot office buildings at 1235 North Loop and 15710 John F Kennedy Blvd. in Houston.
At 15710 John F Kennedy Blvd., also known as World Houston Place, AvAir, a global leader in aviation solutions, signed a lease for a total of 44,797 square feet at the building. Walker Ryan at Colliers represented AvAir. Harris County Toll Road Authority leased 29,876 square feet. Job Industrial Services, an engineering consulting company, renewed and expanded to occupy a total of 10,421 square feet. Emily Howard-Wilson at Fritsche Anderson represented Job Industrial Services.
At 1235 North Loop, or North Loop Center, new leasing efforts were headlined with Bivona Law, PLLC, Patout & Shaw, PLLC, and MMA Law Firm, PLLC, leasing 12,733 square feet. Eugene Terry of CBRE represented the Tenant. Matt Rogers at Oxford Partners represented three new tenants totaling 6,056 square feet, including Saga Business Services, Darvishi Law and Ayson Law Firm. Blake Warren and Sam Sammons of Winthrop Realty represented Milledge Law Firm for 2,830 square feet. John Milam at Fritsche Anderson represented The Detering Company for 2,997 square feet.
Stream Houston Vice President Matt Asvestas and Senior Associate Danielle Rothchild represented ownership in the transactions.
Recent renovations to both buildings consisted of a lobby refresh, including tenant lounges with food centers. The Central Business District and The Galleria are a 10-minute drive away. The building is 81% leased, up from 55% when DZMI acquired the property in 2022.

The building is 63.5% leased, up from 28% when DZMI acquired the property in 2022.
