Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, development, and investment firm, recruited Steve Thomas to serve as executive vice president and managing director of occupier services. He will be responsible for tenant representation, transaction management, and new client and business pursuits for the San Antonio office. Thomas will work alongside Carolyn Shaw, executive managing director and partner.
Thomas comes to Stream with Alyse Sellers, who will serve as a senior associate in San Antonio. The duo has worked together for the last several years at CBRE and negotiated more than 3.7 million square feet of office lease transactions, primarily in Class-A high-rise buildings and single-story suburban office developments.
Thomas specializes in tenant and landlord representation and has focused on leasing and investment sales throughout his career. The University of Texas at Austin graduate is a member of greater:SATX and has earned the CoStar Powerbroker Award for five consecutive years beginning in 2017. Before CBRE, he was a principal partner at Travis Commercial Real Estate Services for 13 years.
Thomas is known for representing developer Fasken Oil and Ranch in a 520,000-square-foot transaction that allowed San Antonio-based WellMed Medical Management Inc. to consolidate its corporate workforce in a build-to-suit office complex north of The Rim shopping center.
Sellers graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations/marketing and worked in business development for Chicago Title Insurance Company before joining CBRE.
