Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing assignment for an 11-property industrial portfolio totaling approximately 1.1 million square feet across Chicago’s O’Hare submarket.

Stream Managing Director Brian Duffy, Vice President Ben Dickey, and Senior Associate Joe Connor will lead leasing efforts for the portfolio, which spans Franklin Park, Des Plaines, and Elk Grove Village. The portfolio includes 3400 Wolf Road in Franklin Park, totaling 491,089 square feet; 1780 Birchwood Avenue in Des Plaines, totaling 139,425 square feet; 3701 N. Centrella Street in Franklin Park, totaling 106,848 square feet; 695 Touhy Avenue in Elk Grove Village, totaling 86,600 square feet; 2315-2317 Landmeier Road in Elk Grove Village, totaling 65,400 square feet; 2445 E. Higgins Road and 2447 E. Higgins Road in Elk Grove Village, each totaling 47,652 square feet; and 2312, 2316, 2320, and 2328 Touhy Avenue in Elk Grove Village, each totaling 24,053 square feet.

Current availabilities within the portfolio include the full 139,425-square-foot building at 1780 Birchwood Avenue in Des Plaines and 24,053 square feet at 2312 Touhy Avenue in Elk Grove Village, providing options for industrial users with a range of space requirements.

Located within Chicago’s O’Hare industrial submarket, the portfolio benefits from direct access to one of the nation’s busiest air cargo hubs, extensive highway connectivity throughout Chicagoland, and a deep labor pool. These longstanding geographic and infrastructure advantages have anchored O’Hare’s industrial landscape for decades and continue to make the submarket a preferred location for tenants and owners across market cycles.
