Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing assignment for Thompson Distribution Center, a newly delivered, state-of-the-art industrial facility in the Southeast Houston submarket.

Located at 1403 Thompson Park Drive in Baytown, the 130,775-square-foot Class AA warehouse was developed by Triten Real Estate Partners and offers features that distinguish it as one of the premier logistics facilities in the region.

The building, which sits on an 8-acre site, features a 32-foot clear height, 18 dock-high doors, two ramps, and an ESFR sprinkler system. Outside, tenants will benefit from a 1.75-acre yard and a separate three-acre paved trailer lot that can accommodate up to 83 additional trailers, complementing the existing 76 trailer and 53 auto parking spaces.
