Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the property management for Brookfield Properties’ industrial portfolio. The portfolio encompasses 1,021,643 square feet across eight buildings throughout the Chicago area in the Wood Dale, Northbrook, Lake Zurich, Itasca, Addison, Barlett and Alsip submarkets.
Stream Vice President of Industrial Property Management Jessica Salinas, Vice President of Construction Frank Cassata, Property Administrator Coleen Martin, and Victoria Knudson will provide property management services for the portfolio.
