Brian Dell and Ryan Kelly, brokers with Indianapolis-based Summit Realty Group/Cushman & Wakefield, have been retained by the city of Crawfordsville, Ind., to actively market the Crawfordsville Commerce Park, a 215-acre business-park development.
Crawfordsville Commerce Park is located along Interstate-74 at the US Highway 231 exit, just five miles from downtown Crawfordsville.
Phase 1 of the development consists of 60 acres and qualifies as a shovel-ready site as designated by the state of Indiana.
An early tenant of the park is Ivy Tech Community College, scheduled to open its 18,000-square-foot learning center at the park in January of next year.
