SVN Chicago Commercial facilitated the sale of a single-tenant absolute NNN McDonald’s ground lease in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The retail property, located at 2270 W. Higgins Road, sold to a purchaser out of California as part of a 1031 exchange. The property sold for $2,150,000.
