The 64-unit Grant Village Senior Housing development at 815-843 6th Street SW in Mason City, Iowa, sold to a private buyer.
Cody Doran and Reid Bennett of SVN|Chicago Commercial were the sole brokers involved in the transaction. The asset sold for $2.8 million.
“This transaction was bittersweet for us as it was our 11th successful closing and last property located in Iowa for this client,” Doran said. “The deal provided the purchaser a unique opportunity to acquire a highly desirable subsidized property to add to its already large portfolio of affordable housing.”
