SVN Summit Commercial Real Estate Group closed the sale of Sharon Commons in Medina, Ohio, a development consisting of 64,320 square feet in 272 self-storage units, 11,700 square feet of office space anchored by the Cleveland Clinic and 14,000 square feet of warehouse space anchored by TimberBeast Axe Throwing and Triad Technologies.
The development also comes with 2.01 acres of additional land for future expansion.
The buyer is Valley Storage Ohio, LLC, based in Williamsport, Marland.
Jerry Fiume from SVN represented the buyer. Valley Storage Ohio paid $6.15 million for the property.
