SVN Summit Commercial Real Estate Group closed the sale of Tallmadge Pointe Apartments, a 61,240-square-foot, 60-unit apartment complex at 306 Northeast Ave. in Tallmadge, Ohio.
The apartment complex was purchased for $3.095 million.
Jerry Fiume, of SVN Commercial Real Estate Group, represented both parties in the transaction.
Tallmadge Pointe Apartments is located near shopping, restaurants, parks, walking trails, public transportation and the newly developed Tallmadge Town Centre.
