Norm Khoury, brokerage senior vice president in the Cincinnati office of Colliers, was named in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ Top Transaction List of 2020. Khoury was listed in the industrial category for the sale of a 775,000-square-foot industrial building in Glasgow, Kentucky.
Khoury closed the deal along with SIOR member Patrich Jett.
The Top Transaction lists are presented to the largest sales and lease transactions, ranked by dollar volume or square footage, and are completed by SIOR members worldwide. In 2020, 483 SIOR members reported 1,812 transactions, totaling more than 117 million square feet and $10.7 billion in leases and sales in the industrial, investment, office, land, alternative assets and redevelopment sectors.
