Tara Quinn joined BG Staffing as the Director of Sales for their new Chicago location. Tara has been influential in building that location to be the fastest, new market start-up in BG Staffing’s history! She has over 10 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Before joining BG, she began her career in the industry as a leasing professional and continued to climb the ranks all the way up to on-site property management. She specializes in providing temporary, temp to perm and direct hire office and maintenance staffing exclusively for the multi-family industry.
Tara is very active within the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) currently volunteering her time on five committees, including being a Chair of the NYKO committee. Tara is a former CAA board member and was the first recipient of the association’s Volunteer of the Year Award for her tireless efforts within the industry.
Her natural flair for networking has also prompted her to create an exclusive monthly BG Staffing Breakfast Club and a Happy Hour Club for her urban clients. Since their inception, she has hosted several very successful events all across Chicagoland and has management companies clamoring to have their property chosen as one of the “hot spots” to host her events!
She feels very lucky to be in this industry and was even featured in the March 2014 edition of UNITS Magazine naming “10 Things I’m Lucky to Have.” Tara lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with her husband Paul, her daughter Kendal and her four step-children, Paul IV, Griffin, Meghan and Ryan.
