Tech firm CCC Information Services is reportedly seeking to shift its headquarters from Chicago’s Merchandise Mart to the Fulton Market neighborhood. If the deal goes through, the company will move into 167 N. Green Street, co-developed by Shapack Partners and Focus, in 2022.
According to a report in the Chicago Tribune, the company—a provider of software for auto insurance claims—will expand into approximately 180,000 square feet in the under-construction building. When complete, the Gensler-designed building will reach 17 stories and offer 750,000 square feet of office space.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Wood, vice chairman, and Steve Schneider, executive managing director, represented CCC in the deal. Bess Colnon, leasing associate, and Paige Hennessy, director, of Shapack Partners handle leasing for the development team. Other tenants committed to the building include co-working firm WeWork and financial advisors Duff & Phelps.
