E-Tech Inc. and Anagram International have signed leases totaling 112,000 square feet at CSM Corporation’s University Industrial Park in Minneapolis.
The three-building complex is located at 2000 Elm Street. The new leases bring the University Industrial Park’s occupancy from 75 percent to 100 percent.
The CBRE team of John Ryden, Matt Oelschlager and Mike Bowen represented CSM Corporation as the exclusive leasing agent for University Industrial Park. Tim Olsen of Carlson Commercial represented the tenants.
