The Barry Company brokered the sale of a 26,000-square-foot property formerly owned by Easter Seals Southeast to Rose Holdings. The property is located at 2222 S. 114th St. in West Allis, Wisconsin.
The new tenant at the property is Roman Electric, a family owned company offering electrical contracting services for industrial, commercial and residential markets. The company also offers industrial, commercial and residential plumbing and residential heating and cooling.
“This transaction shows how the industrial market continues to see strong activity despite COVID and other concerns,” said Kevin Barry, executive vice president of the Barry Company, who brokered the transaction. “There is a lack of well-located quality industrial real estate available in the area.”
