The Boulder Group has completed the sale of a single-tenant Citibank retail condominium located at 136 North York Road in Elmhurst, Illinois, for $3.118 million.
The 4,300-square-foot Citibank sits at the signalized intersection of North York Road and Schiller Street. The Citibank is located along the main north-south thoroughfare in downtown Elmhurst, and will benefit from a large municipal parking garage that is currently being constructed immediately behind the property.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction, a Midwest-based real estate development and investment firm. The purchaser was a local real estate investor.
