Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the seller, a private investment group in Central Ohio. The buyer, out of Kentucky, placed hard money down on day 1 and purchased the asset with a quick close in under 25 days.
The property sold for $1.58 million, representing a 7.35% CAP Rate. Falcon Commons is 80% occupied.
