The Cooper Commercial Investment Group closed the sale of the single-tenant Buffalo Wild Wings in the Easton Shopping and Entertainment District in Columbus, Ohio.
Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the seller, a private investment group from West Virginia. The buyer purchased the asset for $3.2 million, representing a 5.85% CAP, 98% of the list price and $413 a square foot.
Buffalo Wild Wings is on an absolute NNN lease structure, leaving the new owner with zero management responsibilities with 10 years of term remaining and a rental increase in 2030.
