New York City commercial real estate advisor Hugh Kelly, a clinical professor of real estate at New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate, is the 2014 Chair of the Board of The Counselors of Real Estate®, an international organization of commercial real estate advisors headquartered in Chicago.
Kelly began his one-year term on Oct. 23 at the organization’s recent CRE Annual Convention in San Francisco.
Kelly specializes in the development of economic and market forecasts, portfolio strategy and seminars/workshops. He heads his own consulting practice, Hugh F. Kelly Real Estate Economics, which serves national and international real estate investment and services firms, governmental organizations, law firms and not-for-profit agencies.
Previously, Kelly was chief economist for Landauer Associates, where he worked for 22 years.
