The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International recently closed the sale of a 23,000-square-foot industrial building at N118 W18439 Bunsen Drive in Germantown, Wis.
GCW Capital LLC purchased the building from John C. Evans and Sandra L. Evans. Steve Anderson of Anderson Commercial represented the sellers and Samuel D. Dickman, Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Zach Noble of the Dickman Company, Inc. represented the buyer.
