Jones Lang LaSalle‘s Dominic Carbonari and Frank Griffin recently represented Holland Stream LLC in the sale of a 329,732-square-foot warehouse in west suburban Carol Stream.
The buyer, The Frain Group Inc., a dealer of used manufacturing and processing equipment, plans to relocate its operations into the building later this year. The company was represented by Larry Goldwasser and Jay Maher of Cushman & Wakefield.
The deal, which was completed earlier this month, is the largest user transaction in the DuPage County industrial submarket so far this year, according to Jones Lang LaSalle research.
The building, which is sited on 31.5 acres at 245 E. N. Ave., includes a 36,800-square-foot office, 26 dock doors and four drive-in doors.
