The Mansour Group has has sold Chipotle Ground Lease, a net leased property located in the South Loop of Chicago.
The seller was a local Chicago based developer and the buyer was an out of state private 1031 investor who represented by The Mansour Group.
Not yet fully constructed, Chipotle has a South Loop location on the outskirts of the University of Illinois at Chicago. The South Loop area of Chicago is one that had been historically industrial. Within the last decade this section of the city has changed dramatically and now is host to record breaking amounts of new development.
