The Missner Group has completed a 50,000-square-foot lease renewal for Dowin Enterprises at 1120 Exchange Drive in Chicago. The firm plans to expand by an additional 38,000 square feet in August 2015.
Dowin Enterprises is the U.S. factory branch for Dowin Plastic Production Co. Ltd. operated in China. Dowin operates a showroom and warehouse from its Chicago location from where it ships a wide range of household plastics, cleaning products and hardware throughout the United States. With the execution of the lease extension in 2015, Dowin will occupy the entire facility.
The Missner Group owns and manages the industrial property at 1120 Exchange in Chicago. The parties were self-represented in the lease renewal and expansion.
