Remprex, LLC has completed an 11-year, 33,000 square-foot lease at Olympian Office Center, 4343 Commerce Court in Lisle, Illinois, in a deal brokered by Pat Elwood of CBRE. Remprex joins tenants Anju Software, Rockwell Automation, Inc. and Application Software Technology. David Florent and Francis Prock of Colliers International represented the owner, The Missner Group, in all four transactions.
The Missner Group acquired the Olympian Office Center—a 168,000-square-foot, seven-story office building situated along I-88 in the East-West corridor—in 2016 at 30 percent occupancy. After aquisition, the firm undertook a widespread renovation, which included extensive exterior and interior improvements to modernize the space. The Remprex lease, along with the previous three leases, total 73,200 square feet and have brought the property to 72 percent occupancy.
New features include a Wi-Fi lounge, shared conferencing rooms, workout facilities complete with locker rooms and showers, new elevators, window treatments and significant lobby improvements including all new common area furniture. Construction is underway on the Remprex space, with assistant project manager, Chris Glasder, and project superintendent, Scott Nomellini, overseeing construction on behalf of The Missner Group.
“Lisle welcomes Remprex to the Village’s Corporate Corridor,” says Mayor Christopher R. Pecak. “We are happy to see that, the Missner Group’s investment in Lisle, coupled with the Village’s high-quality of life and strategic location, are proving to be a winning combination that is attracting exciting new tenants to Lisle’s reinvigorated Corporate Corridor.”
