The Opus Group announced that Opus Development Company LLC has completed the sale of Building I located at 1330 S. 54th Ave. in Cicero for an undisclosed sum. The sale closing occurred on Feb. 19.
Building I is a 260,725-square-foot industrial building in the Cicero Business Center. The neighboring Building II was sold to Cabot Properties Inc. in 2012 and is 100 percent leased by Cloverhill Pastry-Vend LLC.
“The Cicero Business Center development offers a Class A product only five miles from downtown, which is not easy to find,” said Mike Yungerman, vice president, real estate development at Opus Development Company. “The overall market is continuing to see good activity and positive absorption, especially in infill locations.”
