The Opus Group’s St. Louis office has hired Mark Winschel as senior project manager for Opus Design Build, L.L.C.
In his new role, Winschel’s responsibilities will include growing Opus’ design-build portfolio and team in the St. Louis area, as well as overseeing projects from project pursuit and design through construction and completion.
With more than 15 years of business development and project management experience, Winschel’s most recent position as director of business development at S. M. Wilson & Co. followed a 10-year term as construction project manager within the company.
“I’m looking forward to using my familiarity of the St. Louis area to expand Opus’ portfolio of work in Missouri,” said Winschel in a written statement. “This team has a strong pipeline of projects in the area and I’m excited to share my expertise with this organization and our clients.”
