The Opus Group have hired Matt Kurucz as real estate manager of Opus Development Company, L.L.C. and Michael Stimac as project manager of Opus Design Build, L.L.C. in the Chicago office.
In his new role, Kurucz will pursue industrial projects in the Chicago market, supporting Opus Development Company L.L.C.’s new business and redevelopment efforts in the area.

In Stimac’s new role, he will support new business and project management efforts in the Chicago market.
“Mike’s past experience on large-scale office and multi-family projects and his understanding of Opus’ design-build process are great assets,” said Jim Caesar, regional vice president of Opus Design Build, L.L.C. “We’re thrilled to have him on our team as a major contributor toward continued growth in multiple sectors.”
