Waukesha, Wis.-based The Redmond Company has been hired to oversee a remodeling project for Frei Chevrolet in Marquette, Mich.
The Redmond Company has been selected to assist with master planning and to perform construction of significant additions and a renovation of space to meet the GMFacility Image Program requirements.
The changes will accommodate future growth and are part of a long-term strategy to turn the business over to the next generation of family ownership.
Redmond will also be retrofitting the HVAC system to use waste oil generated by dealership operations as the primary fuel source for the company’s building systems.
