The Waters of Highland Park, a new 84-unit senior living community at 678 Snelling Ave. S. in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul, Minn., will host a ground-breaking ceremony Oct. 23.
The four-story, 113,596-square-foot community will be built by Frana Companies and designed by Kaas Wilson Architects.
Developed and operated by Twin Cities-based The Waters Senior Living, LLC, and owned by Senior Care Communities, Inc., the new community will feature 84 month-to-month, private-pay apartments, including 54 Senior Living with Services, 15 Memory Care and 15 Enhanced Care units.
In addition to a full spectrum of health and personal care services, amenities include a salon and day spa, relaxation studios, health and wellbeing studio, restaurant, café, creative arts studio and heated underground parking.
Construction is expected to be completed by September of 2015, with units available for residents in October of 2015.
