Dan Gabbard of The Zacher Company represented the buyer, 617 Holdings, LLC, in the purchase of a 133,718-square-foot industrial building at 1201 S. Grandstaff Drive in Auburn Indiana.
Gabbard also represented the tenantt, Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc., in the lease of 22,500 square feet of industrial space at 3228 Congressional Parkway in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
