Tikijian Associates closed the sale of Village at Curry Pike Apartments, a 38-unit apartment community in Bloomington, Indiana. Bloomington is located about 45 miles southwest of Indianapolis and is the home of Indiana University.
Tikijian Associates represented the seller, Mooresville, Indiana-based Grand Slam Investments.
The seller acquired Village at Curry Pike out of receivership in late 2014 and stabilized the property following its acquisition. The buyer was TRACOL Holdings, a private real estate investment company based in Robinson, Texas. This purchase was the company’s first in Indiana.
TRACOL was represented by David Orton of Marcus and Millichap.
