Tony Avendt joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Detroit office as SVP

Tony Avendt has joined the Cushman & Wakefield Detroit office as senior vice president. He will be responsible for industrial project leasing and tenant representation.

A 17-year industry veteran, Avendt previously worked as senior managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. He has completed more than 650 transactions totaling more than $750 million in Greater Detroit, across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Avendt earned his bachelor’s from Michigan State University. He is continuing his education as a candidate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
