Clay Hunt has joined CBRE‘s Louisville office as a senior associate. He will work in the office’s retail services group.
Hunt has seven years of brokerage experience in the Louisville and Southern Indiana markets, specializing in both tenant and landlord representation.
In 2013, Hunt closed the most individual transactions in the Louisville market according to the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance.
