TradeLane Properties, a privately held industrial real estate company, announces the acquisition of 6969 W. 73rd St., a 99,200-square-foot light industrial building situated on 4.8 acres in Bedford Park, Illinois.
Purchased within the TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund II, L.P., a value-add investment fund focused on key Central U.S. logistics markets, this investment was 100% occupied at closing under a long term sale-leaseback.
This single tenant facility offers six docks, four drive-in doors, 80 auto parking stalls, 22-foot clear height and is located within one mile of the CSX Bedford Park Intermodal Terminal, adjacent to both FedEx Ground and UPS.
The acquisition of 6969 W. 73rd St. is consistent with TradeLane Properties’ strategy of investing in select major Central U.S. logistics markets with opportunity to add value through dedicated in-house capabilities including accounting, construction, and property management teams.
