TradeLane Properties is proud to announce the sale of TLP Bridgeview Logistics Center, located at 7557-7575 S. 78th Ave, in Bridgeview Illinois. Michael Caprile, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham of CBRE Capital Markets represented TradeLane Properties in the disposition.
Through its value-add industrial platform, TradeLane Properties Fund I, TradeLane Properties was able to reposition this 254,425 SF industrial building via roof replacement, repaving of truck courts, new mechanical systems, LED lighting, stormwater detention relocation as well as the addition of parking and electrical charging locations for over 670 delivery vans to create this last-mile delivery station.
